Parul is an experienced Career Coach who specialises in supporting refugees and other displaced professionals to rebuild their careers in the UK. Her coaching approach is rooted in the belief that employment is more than a way to pay the bills - it shapes identity, confidence, wellbeing, and how people feel seen and valued in their communities.
With a background in global Talent Management and Learning & Development, Parul brings over seven years of full time coaching experience to her work. She supports individuals to navigate career change, strengthen professional visibility, and tell their personal stories with authenticity and impact. Her coaching focuses on the whole person, not just the workplace aspect of their lives, helping clients align their skills, experiences, and values with meaningful employment opportunities.
Parul also works closely with leadership teams to embed coaching cultures within organisations, recognising coaching as a powerful tool for unlocking potential and deepening impact.
Outside her professional work, Parul is energised by travel, deep conversations, storytelling, and public speaking. She is a published author and a cancer survivor, and she dedicates part of her practice to supporting cancer patients, survivors, and carers as they rebuild their lives after treatment - a cause close to her heart. Travel continues to be one of the things that keeps her grounded, inspired, and connected to the world.
