Chartered Project Manager

Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB) with 15+ years’ experience delivering complex construction, refurbishment, fit‑out and new‑build projects

Strong technical capability across project delivery, design coordination, surveying, setting‑out and 3D modelling

UK‑based since 2022 with hands‑on experience operating under UK construction, rail safety and compliance standards

Proven track record managing projects up to £8m, consistently achieving programme, cost, quality and safety targets

Experienced delivering works across live retail estates and multi‑site programmes covering more than 300 outlets

Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants, contractors and supply chains in fast‑paced environments

Strong capability in procurement, tendering, cost control, structured reporting and stakeholder engagement

Solid grounding in risk management, quality assurance and CDM‑aligned health & safety leadership

Competent in producing technical data, models and site information to support planning, sequencing and delivery

Holds a BEng (Hons) Construction Engineering & Management with UK rail/safety certifications including PTS, DCCR, SSSTS and CSCS.
